Today we get to share some good news, and it happens to land on Rachel's birthday. Rachel Hofer is True North Jiu-Jitsu's new Operations Manager.
If you train here, you already know her. Rachel is the friendly face who keeps the academy running, and she does it with an energy that is hard to miss. She is the one who steps up when something needs doing, follows through when she said she would, and leaves the room in a better mood than she found it.
What the Role Means
As Operations Manager, Rachel looks after the day-to-day side of the academy: keeping the gym organized, making sure things run smoothly, and making sure our members have a great experience every time they walk through the door. It is a lot of what she has already been doing, now with the title to match.
For members and parents, the practical version is simple. If you have a question about how things work at the academy, Rachel is a great person to ask.
Why It Matters to Us
A good gym is more than the training. It is the feeling you get when you walk in: that things are taken care of, that people are glad to see you, and that someone has your back if something comes up. Rachel brings that every day. Her positive energy rubs off on everyone around her, and it is a big part of why people enjoy being here.
Thank you, Rachel, for everything you do for our members, our team, and the academy.
Happy birthday, and congratulations. Oss.
